La société Halter AG<\/a> souhaite redonner vie au complexe Sonnenberg, classé monument historique, à Seelisberg. Le promoteur immobilier de Schlieren procède actuellement à la rénovation progressive de ce complexe hôtelier historique, comme l’indique Halter dans un article<\/a> publié sur LinkedIn<\/span>. Selon la description du projet<\/a>, l’hôtel Sonnenberg doit rester le bâtiment central et sera à nouveau utilisé comme hôtel une fois les travaux achevés.<\/p>\n

En revanche, Halter prévoit d’aménager des appartements dans l’ancien hôtel Kuhn, qui restera lui aussi en grande partie inchangé. D’autres appartements doivent voir le jour dans deux nouveaux bâtiments au sud de l’hôtel. Les constructions existantes situées au nord seront réaffectées et intégrées à l’usage hôtelier.<\/p>\n

Ce complexe hôtelier historique avait attiré l’attention internationale dans les années 1970. À l’époque, le complexe du Sonnenberg avait été racheté par le mouvement de la méditation transcendantale. Depuis 1972 et pendant plus de trois décennies, le Grand-Hôtel Sonnenberg a servi de siège au mouvement du gourou Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. C’est cette époque que traite le documentaire Namaste Seelisberg<\/a> de Felice Zenoni, présenté pour la première fois lors des 61e Journées cinématographiques de Soleure.
