Une sous-zone et un plan d&rsquo;am&eacute;nagement, qui ont &eacute;t&eacute; &eacute;labor&eacute;s en collaboration avec la ville de Rorschach, seront mis &agrave; la disposition du public du lundi au 21 avril &agrave; l&rsquo;Office du b&acirc;timent et de l&rsquo;urbanisme. Ils peuvent &eacute;galement &ecirc;tre consult&eacute;s sur le site Internet de la ville. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steiner.ch\/de\/mediencenter\/news\/detail\/news\/473-feldmuehle-areal-gestaltungsplan-wird-oeffentlich-aufgelegt.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Un communiqu&eacute; de presse identique<\/a> de Steiner et de la ville fournit des informations &agrave; ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Sur le centre-ville de 27 500 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s pr&egrave;s de la gare, 40 pour cent de b&acirc;timents r&eacute;sidentiels pour 760 personnes sont pr&eacute;vus, un total de 142 condominiums et 162 appartements locatifs. L&rsquo;espace commercial doit &ecirc;tre de 20 pour cent ou 9 000 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Un parking souterrain, des places de parking &eacute;lectroniques et un fournisseur d&rsquo;autopartage sont &eacute;galement pr&eacute;vus. Les b&acirc;timents individuels, historiquement pr&eacute;cieux et cr&eacute;ateurs d&rsquo;identit&eacute; sont conserv&eacute;s et mis en contexte avec les nouveaux b&acirc;timents. Le caract&egrave;re original de l&rsquo;ancienne installation industrielle devrait rester perceptible.
