L’entreprise de construction et immobilière Halter AG<\/a>, basée à Schlieren, a construit un complexe résidentiel et commercial à Oberdorf pour la caisse de pension du canton de Nidwald<\/a>, dont le siège se trouve à Stans. Selon un communiqué<\/a> publié sur LinkedIn<\/span>, le projet baptiséZenO<\/a>a été construit sur la place historique de la Landsgemeinde, au centre d’Oberdorf.<\/p>\n

Le complexe résidentiel et commercial, qui comprend 50 appartements haut de gamme et des espaces commerciaux destinés au grand public, a déjà été livré fin mars, précise le communiqué. Les premiers locataires ont emménagé dans le projet ZenO depuis début mai. En tant que locataire principal, Migros<\/a> assure l’approvisionnement de proximité à long terme.<\/p>\n

Le complexe est dominé par une façade en bois caractéristique. Le bâtiment suit un concept d’exploitation durable. Une installation photovoltaïque intégrée ainsi que l’approvisionnement en chauffage urbain de la Genossenschaft Stans<\/a> contribuent à une exploitation respectueuse des ressources. La coopérative de Stans gère le patrimoine municipal historique.
