Il doit &ecirc;tre construit sur le site du KIM &agrave; la gare de Winterthur Neuhegi. La soi-disant Haus Weiler doit &ecirc;tre construite sur un terrain de 3328 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s et comprend 80 appartements en copropri&eacute;t&eacute;. Douze d&rsquo;entre eux seront construits comme des studios au rez-de-chauss&eacute;e avec des terrasses de jardin priv&eacute;es. Douze autres sont en cours de construction sous forme d&rsquo;appartements mansard&eacute;s avec terrasse priv&eacute;e sur le toit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Le plan de conception de la zone KIM est d&eacute;j&agrave; entr&eacute; en vigueur juridiquement en septembre 2013. Il comprend des espaces verts, des terrains de jeux et des zones interdites aux voitures. Des &eacute;piceries, des caf&eacute;s et des restaurants sont accessibles &agrave; pied. De plus, l&rsquo;a&eacute;roport de Zurich est accessible en 25 minutes en voiture ou en train.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Selon l&rsquo;annonce, la demande de construction a &eacute;t&eacute; soumise &agrave; la ville de Winterthur le 25 mars.
