Cr&eacute;&eacute;e en 1904, cette entreprise m&eacute;canique &agrave; l&rsquo;origine &eacute;tait devenue une marque automobile r&eacute;put&eacute;e dans le monde entier. Le projet &laquo;Quartet&raquo; a &eacute;t&eacute; d&eacute;velopp&eacute; et planifi&eacute; avec la m&eacute;thode BIM, et arbore le label <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Minergie&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Baustandard und Label, das als Zertifikat f&uuml;r Geb&auml;ude ausgegeben wird, die neu erstellt oder saniert einen entsprechenden Energienachweis erf&uuml;llen. Standards: Minergie, Minergie-P, Minergie-A. Im Zentrum steht der Wohn- und Arbeitskomfort, der durch eine hochwertige energiefeffiziente Geb&auml;udeh&uuml;lle und systematische Lufterneuerung erreicht wird. Das Ziel wird als Grenzwert im Energieverbrauch definiert&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Minergie<\/span>. Il porte sur la r&eacute;novation d&rsquo;un b&acirc;timent et la r&eacute;alisation d&rsquo;un ensemble de onze nouvelles constructions interconnect&eacute;es qui accueilleront des bureaux ainsi que des activit&eacute;s industrielles, artisanales et commerciales. Font &eacute;galement partie du projet un h&ocirc;tel de 114 chambres et une haute &eacute;cole d&rsquo;art et de design (HEAD). Les premiers b&acirc;timents ont &eacute;t&eacute; livr&eacute;s par HRS au ma&icirc;tre d&rsquo;ouvrage au printemps 2018.
