Les actionnaires existants ont exerc&eacute; leurs droits de souscription. Ils ont acquis les actions au prix de CHF 18,35 chacun. En cons&eacute;quence, la soci&eacute;t&eacute; immobili&egrave;re bas&eacute;e &agrave; Zoug a encaiss&eacute; 88,5 millions de francs et a pu mener &agrave; bien son augmentation de capital au maximum, selon un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.presseportal.ch\/de\/pm\/100073444\/100869368\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu&eacute; de presse<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La soci&eacute;t&eacute; a l&rsquo;intention d&rsquo;investir le produit dans de nouvelles propri&eacute;t&eacute;s et la modernisation des propri&eacute;t&eacute;s existantes et de les utiliser pour consolider la structure du bilan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Le premier jour de n&eacute;gociation des actions nouvelles et la livraison des actions contre paiement du prix de souscription et de placement est pr&eacute;vu le 27 avril 2021.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La Z&uuml;rcher Kantonalbank a agi en tant que chef de file de la transaction et Luzerner Kantonalbank a agi en tant que co-chef de file.
