Mobimo<\/a> vend son projet de construction homologué Cosmos à Dübendorf à un fonds immobilier géré par le Credit Suisse<\/a> , a fait savoir la société immobilière lucernoise dans uncommuniqué<\/a> . En 2000, Mobimo a acquis l’immeuble correspondant sur la Zürichstrasse. A la place du bâtiment commercial qui existait à l’époque, quatre nouveaux immeubles totalisant environ 170 appartements ainsi que des surfaces pouvant être utilisées pour des bureaux, des commerces ou des ventes doivent être construits.<\/p>\n

Les travaux de construction devraient démarrer ce mois-ci. À la fin de l’été 2023, les bâtiments conformes à la norme Bâtiment durable Suisse (SNBS<\/span> Gold) et au label greenproperty devraient être achevés. Entre autres, un système photovoltaïque et une sonde géothermique seront installés, explique Mobimo.<\/p>\n
