La parcelle d&rsquo;angle au nord-est de la zone doit maintenant &ecirc;tre vendue &agrave; LJH Immo AG, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gr.ch\/DE\/institutionen\/regierung\/Seiten\/Regierung.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informe le gouvernement du<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gr.ch\/DE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">canton des Grisons<\/a> dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gr.ch\/DE\/Medien\/Mitteilungen\/MMStaka\/2021\/Seiten\/2021062401.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">message<\/a> . Il a d&eacute;j&agrave; approuv&eacute; le projet d&rsquo;un contrat de vente correspondant pour la communaut&eacute; Domat \/ Ems pour une superficie de 6477 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> LJH Immo AG pr&eacute;pare le terrain pour l&rsquo;implantation d&rsquo;un total de quatre soci&eacute;t&eacute;s. La soci&eacute;t&eacute; immobili&egrave;re investira entre 12 et 15 millions de francs pour cela, selon l&rsquo;annonce. Selon elle, les entreprises non cit&eacute;es sont quatre entreprises tourn&eacute;es vers l&rsquo;exportation &laquo;&nbsp;qui d&eacute;veloppent des produits ou des syst&egrave;mes de haute technologie rentables et innovants&nbsp;&raquo;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> En s&rsquo;installant sur cette parcelle, les effectifs des quatre soci&eacute;t&eacute;s devraient passer de 85 &agrave; 140 &agrave; moyen et long terme, cr&eacute;ant ainsi environ 55 postes &agrave; temps plein. &laquo; La valeur ajout&eacute;e directe et indirecte g&eacute;n&eacute;r&eacute;e par le projet est d&rsquo;une grande importance &eacute;conomique pour le canton des Grisons &raquo;, souligne le gouvernement dans la communication.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Regierung des Kantons Graub\u00fcnden hat eine Landabgabe im Industriepark Domat\/Ems an die LJH Immo AG genehmigt.
