Steiner AG a<\/a> initié une transformation d’entreprise au printemps 2021, explique l’entreprise générale et générale zurichoise dans un communiqué<\/a> . Le modèle économique était orienté vers l’expansion du portefeuille de projets de l’entreprise et l’ajout de modèles de participation et de véhicules d’investissement tels que la Steiner Investment Foundation. En outre, Steiner souhaite lancer à l’avenir des produits numériques pour le marché immobilier.<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de la transformation de l’entreprise, Karsten Hell a offert au conseil d’administration sa démission en tant que PDG, informe Steiner.
