Au cours de la m&ecirc;me p&eacute;riode de 2020, le retour &eacute;tait de 1,66%, selon un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swiss-prime-anlagestiftung.ch\/category\/swiss-prime-anlagestiftung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu&eacute; de presse<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La valeur de march&eacute; du portefeuille immobilier a &eacute;galement fortement augment&eacute; : de 2,31 milliards de francs au premier semestre 2020 &agrave; plus de 2,8 milliards de francs au premier semestre 2021. Cela est d&ucirc; aux transactions et aux investissements.
