BKW Building Solutions AG<\/a> rachète Aerovent Crissier SA<\/a> et Aerovent Service SA. Avec le rachat, la filiale du groupe BKW étend<\/a> ses compétences dans les domaines de la ventilation, de la climatisation et du service en Suisse romande, selon un communiqué de presse<\/a> .<\/p>\n

Aerovent Crissier SA est basée à Crissier VD. Aerovent Service SA est basée à Villars-Ste-Croix VD. Avec environ 40 employés, ils travaillent dans les domaines de la technologie du bâtiment et de la maison. Le propriétaire des deux sociétés, José del Castillo, ainsi que le copropriétaire et cogérant Pascal Baudois resteront dans les sociétés.<\/p>\n

« Grâce à leur vaste savoir-faire en matière de solutions technologiques du bâtiment pour les petites transformations jusqu’aux grands complexes administratifs, industriels, commerciaux et scolaires, les deux sociétés ont un grand potentiel de développement, en particulier dans le domaine des services », indique le communiqué de presse.<\/p>\n

Outre les services d’ingénierie et d’infrastructure, BKW Building Solutions est l’un des trois groupes de services de la société de services énergétiques BKW.
