L’immeuble de bureaux à la façade en tôle de 1992 est vide depuis début janvier. Le bâtiment de cinq étages a été utilisé pour la dernière fois par des artistes de la Lemon Association. Mobimo a décidé de convertir et de construire un nouvel immeuble à Im Tiergarten 7 à Zurich-Friesenberg : « Nous possédons déjà un immeuble commercial avec le bâtiment voisin », explique Daniel Garcia, le chef de projet en charge chez Mobimo. De plus, il existe une forte demande d’appartements dans la ville de Zurich. « La reconversion était donc évidente, explique Garcia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

59 appartements locatifs dans le segment des prix moyens y seront construits d’ici 2022. Le contrat d’architecture est allé à Theo Hotz Partner Architects : « Avec ce bureau d’architecture, nous avons trouvé un partenaire qui intègre de manière optimale la propriété dans l’environnement et ne la fait pas ressembler à un corps étranger. Des détails architecturaux qui reflètent les valeurs de Mobimo dans le contexte de la construction durable ont été intégrés au projet », explique Garcia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le bureau d’architecture a prévu un immeuble d’appartements triangulaire indépendant qui formera une charnière urbaine entre l’immeuble de bureaux voisin Friesenberg et le quartier<\/span> résidentiel environnant. Les appartements de 1,5 à 4,5 pièces sont destinés aux célibataires, aux familles et aux seniors. Le concept énergétique prévoit la production de chaleur centrale au moyen d’une pompe à chaleur et l’utilisation de la chaleur résiduelle du réseau de refroidissement du centre de données du bâtiment voisin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobimo a mandaté W. Schmid AG en tant qu’entrepreneur total pour le nouveau bâtiment. Le propriétaire dépense environ 49 millions de francs pour le nouveau projet. La première occupation est prévue pour le 1er décembre 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
