Asset Management besteht aus den Teilprozessen Portfolio Management, strategisches Fl&auml;chenmanagement, Investment-Strategie und Vermarktung\/Akquise&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Asset Management<\/span> AG<\/a> , la demande de cotation correspondante a &eacute;t&eacute; approuv&eacute;e par la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.six-group.com\/en\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SIX Swiss Exchange<\/a> . Le fonds est donc &eacute;galement ouvert aux investisseurs non qualifi&eacute;s &agrave; partir de cette date. Le portefeuille comprend actuellement 72 immeubles d&rsquo;une valeur de march&eacute; estim&eacute;e &agrave; environ CHF 811 millions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Selon l&rsquo;&eacute;metteur, l&rsquo;objectif d&rsquo;investissement de ce fonds immobilier, lanc&eacute; en 2018, est &laquo; principalement de g&eacute;n&eacute;rer des revenus courants stables gr&acirc;ce &agrave; des investissements directs dans des immeubles suisses core \/ core plus bien situ&eacute;s et ayant un niveau de revenu et de valeur &eacute;lev&eacute;. stabilit&eacute;&nbsp;&raquo;. Au moins 50 pour cent de propri&eacute;t&eacute;s r&eacute;sidentielles et un maximum de 50 pour cent de propri&eacute;t&eacute;s commerciales seraient vis&eacute;es.
