L&rsquo;entreprise d&rsquo;Andermatt a r&eacute;alis&eacute; un total de 420 unit&eacute;s depuis le d&eacute;but de la construction en 2007. 408 d&rsquo;entre eux ont &eacute;t&eacute; vendus, dont 100 dans la seule ann&eacute;e en cours, selon un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.andermatt-swissalps.ch\/de\/news\/andermatt-swiss-alps-verkauft-2021-ein-drittel-mehr-wohnungen-als-2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu&eacute;<\/a> . C&rsquo;est une nouvelle augmentation des ventes de plus d&rsquo;un tiers par rapport &agrave; 2020.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Dans les prochains mois, l&rsquo;entreprise remettra aux propri&eacute;taires 130 nouveaux appartements autour de Piazza Gottardo.
