A l'intersection de la Hofwiesenstrasse et de la Wehntalerstrasse, 111 appartements &agrave; but non lucratif pour environ 300 personnes seront construits dans les ann&eacute;es &agrave; venir, selon un communiqu&eacute; de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadt-zuerich.ch\/fd\/de\/index\/das_departement\/medien\/medienmitteilungen\/2021\/dezember\/211202a.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presse<\/a> . Les premiers locataires devraient pouvoir emm&eacute;nager au deuxi&egrave;me trimestre 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La ville de Zurich d&eacute;veloppe le <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Quartier&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Amtliches, historisches, soziales oder stadtplanerisches Stadtviertel&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">quartier<\/span> Guggach &agrave; Zurich-Unterstrass en collaboration avec la Fondation Simple Living. A cet effet, la ville a c&eacute;d&eacute; une partie de sa r&eacute;serve fonci&egrave;re &agrave; la fondation publique au titre du droit de la construction, selon le communiqu&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Deux b&acirc;timents r&eacute;sidentiels avec des unit&eacute;s commerciales au rez-de-chauss&eacute;e et un b&acirc;timent pour un jardin d'enfants sont en cours de construction sur la propri&eacute;t&eacute; de 8 500 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s.
