Selon un communiqué<\/a> de Peach Property<\/a> , la société immobilière zurichoise, spécialisée dans l’immobilier en Allemagne, a dégagé un bénéfice avant impôts de 258 millions de francs au cours de l’exercice 2021. Il s’agit du bénéfice avant impôts le plus élevé de l’histoire de l’entreprise, écrit Peach Property. 153 millions de francs ont été réalisés au cours de l’exercice 2020.<\/p>\n

La valeur du portefeuille immobilier de Peach Property a augmenté d’une année sur l’autre, passant de CHF 2,1 milliards à plus de CHF 2,6 milliards. Les revenus locatifs sont passés de CHF 54,7 millions en 2020 à environ CHF 108 millions. Grâce à une obligation convertible émise au cours de l’année sous revue, le taux d’endettement a été ramené de 57,8 à environ 52 %.<\/p>\n

Au cours de l’exercice, Peach Property a également pu améliorer toutes les notations externes, explique encore le communiqué de presse. Moody’s note actuellement la société à Ba2 avec une perspective stable, tandis que FitchRatings lui a donné un BB avec une perspective stable. S&P Global Ratings note Peach Property à BB- avec une perspective stable.<\/p>\n

« Notre stratégie et notre modèle commercial se sont également avérés exceptionnels au cours de l’exercice 2021 et nous avons pu clôturer une autre année avec une croissance très rentable », a déclaré Thomas Wolfensberger, cité dans le communiqué de presse. Selon le PDG de Peach Property Group AG, l’exercice en cours se concentrera principalement sur « la modernisation du portefeuille résidentiel et l’expansion des activités de durabilité ».
