Concr&egrave;tement, la soci&eacute;t&eacute; immobili&egrave;re b&acirc;loise a augment&eacute; son b&eacute;n&eacute;fice net de 2,4% &agrave; 27,4 millions de francs. Hors gain r&eacute;sultant de la r&eacute;&eacute;valuation des immeubles, une croissance de 5,6% &agrave; CHF 17,4 millions a &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;alis&eacute;e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> A CHF 36,9 millions, les revenus locatifs ont augment&eacute; de 0,4% par rapport &agrave; l&rsquo;ann&eacute;e pr&eacute;c&eacute;dente. Les charges financi&egrave;res ont diminu&eacute; de 2,6% en glissement annuel pour s&rsquo;&eacute;tablir &agrave; 5,5 millions de francs. Le taux de vacance a &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;duit de 0,6 point de pourcentage &agrave; 2,4 % par rapport &agrave; 2020.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La valeur de march&eacute; du portefeuille immobilier de Warteck Invest a augment&eacute; de CHF 35,8 millions pour atteindre CHF 874,4 millions au cours de l&rsquo;ann&eacute;e sous revue. L&rsquo;augmentation n&rsquo;a pas &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;alis&eacute;e par des acquisitions, mais par des investissements dans de nouveaux projets de construction et de r&eacute;novation et les r&eacute;&eacute;valuations qui en ont r&eacute;sult&eacute;. Au cours de l&rsquo;exercice &eacute;coul&eacute;, la soci&eacute;t&eacute; immobili&egrave;re a investi au total CHF 22,8 millions dans des projets en cours.
