Le plan de conception pour le d&eacute;veloppement <br> Schweighof a &eacute;t&eacute; accord&eacute; en 2013. La construction a commenc&eacute; en 2015. Un total de 18 b&acirc;timents r&eacute;sidentiels avec environ 600 appartements seront construits. La Ringstrasse compte &eacute;galement trois immeubles de bureaux et immeubles commerciaux. Un nouvel immeuble de bureaux et neuf immeubles d&rsquo;habitation avec un total de 340 appartements locatifs ont d&eacute;j&agrave; &eacute;t&eacute; achev&eacute;s. Le bon d&eacute;veloppement de la zone sans circulation de 2000 watts dans le centre contribue &eacute;galement &agrave; la bonne rentabilit&eacute;, explique le coordinateur du projet Guido Cavelti de BHP &ndash; Brugger und Partner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Logement avec services<\/strong> <br> Schweighofpark AG, la communaut&eacute; des h&eacute;ritiers des anciens propri&eacute;taires fonciers, investit 28 millions de francs dans un espace de vie avec des services pour les personnes &acirc;g&eacute;es. Cela cr&eacute;e 21 places de soins infirmiers et 46 appartements (32 appartements 2&frac12; pi&egrave;ces, 6 appartements 3&frac12; pi&egrave;ces, 6 studios) et deux appartements partag&eacute;s de six chambres chacun (appartements en grappes). Si tout se d&eacute;roule comme pr&eacute;vu, le centre devrait &ecirc;tre pr&ecirc;t &agrave; &ecirc;tre occup&eacute; fin 2020. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une construction hybride, la fa&ccedil;ade et les cloisons sont en bois. Schweighofpark AG souhaite &eacute;galement construire un immeuble r&eacute;sidentiel.
