La Zürcher Kantonalbank<\/a> propose une nouvelle hypothèque pour les coopératives d’habitation à des conditions de financement avantageuses. Selon un communiqué de presse<\/a> , les promoteurs immobiliers à but non lucratif bénéficient d’un taux d’intérêt réduit pouvant aller jusqu’à 0,5 %. Cela s’applique à la fois à la prolongation de prêts existants et à une nouvelle hypothèque.<\/p>\n

La condition de base pour l’octroi de l’hypothèque ZKB WohnPlus est que les loyers des appartements du promoteur immobilier soient au moins 15 % inférieurs aux loyers du marché. « Nous voulons l’utiliser pour maintenir et promouvoir des logements à but non lucratif et abordables », a déclaré Patrick Bühlmann, conseiller à la clientèle d’entreprise à la Zürcher Kantonalbank, cité dans le communiqué de presse.
