Les deux tours de 17 et 24 &eacute;tages vont devenir les caract&eacute;ristiques identitaires du nouveau <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Quartier&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Amtliches, historisches, soziales oder stadtplanerisches Stadtviertel&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">quartier<\/span>. L&rsquo;objectif des chefs de projet est de cr&eacute;er de nouveaux espaces de r&eacute;union avec des places, des promenades et des parcs. Le projet porte la signature du bureau d&rsquo;architecture Peter M&auml;rkli de Zurich. Le &laquo;Hall 22&raquo; historique sur le site sera pr&eacute;serv&eacute; et abritera un Migros entre autres &agrave; l&rsquo;avenir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> L&rsquo;espace entre le hall et les nouveaux b&acirc;timents sera con&ccedil;u comme un <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Quartier&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Amtliches, historisches, soziales oder stadtplanerisches Stadtviertel&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">quartier<\/span> central et un lieu de rencontre. Il est pr&eacute;vu que la nouvelle place cr&eacute;era une connexion directe entre les quartiers environnants et les transports en commun tels que bus et train pour les pi&eacute;tons.
