Dans le m&ecirc;me temps, le r&eacute;sultat d&rsquo;exploitation avant imp&ocirc;ts et int&eacute;r&ecirc;ts a atteint une valeur exceptionnellement &eacute;lev&eacute;e de CHF 49,7 millions. Le prestataire de services immobiliers, sp&eacute;cialis&eacute; dans le d&eacute;veloppement et la mise en &oelig;uvre de projets, a r&eacute;alis&eacute; &laquo;&nbsp;une croissance solide dans tous les domaines cl&eacute;s de son c&oelig;ur de m&eacute;tier&nbsp;&raquo;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Le rapport mentionne notamment une forte activit&eacute; de promotion immobili&egrave;re, un niveau &eacute;lev&eacute; d&rsquo;activit&eacute; de construction de l&rsquo;entreprise totale et g&eacute;n&eacute;rale du groupe en Suisse romande et des b&eacute;n&eacute;fices sur la vente de copropri&eacute;t&eacute;s et de projets d&eacute;velopp&eacute;s. Le groupe a ainsi boucl&eacute; sa premi&egrave;re ann&eacute;e de transformation apr&egrave;s la d&eacute;cision de se concentrer sur la promotion immobili&egrave;re d&eacute;but 2020 &laquo;&nbsp;avec un tr&egrave;s bon r&eacute;sultat&nbsp;&raquo;, &eacute;crit Steiner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Au cours de l&rsquo;ann&eacute;e sous revue, Steiner a pu acqu&eacute;rir de nouveaux projets de d&eacute;veloppement d&rsquo;une valeur de march&eacute; pr&eacute;vue &agrave; l&rsquo;ach&egrave;vement d&rsquo;environ CHF 1,5 milliard.
