Elle reconvertit la surface de l&rsquo;ancienne fabrique de papier en un <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Quartier&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Amtliches, historisches, soziales oder stadtplanerisches Stadtviertel&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">quartier<\/span> d&rsquo;habitation et de travail. La premi&egrave;re phase de construction devrait &ecirc;tre achev&eacute;e cette ann&eacute;e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La soci&eacute;t&eacute; immobili&egrave;re a expliqu&eacute; dans le communiqu&eacute; que les 163 appartements locatifs cr&eacute;&eacute;s lors de la premi&egrave;re phase de construction ont &eacute;t&eacute; attribu&eacute;s en quelques semaines. L&rsquo;espace commercial r&eacute;alis&eacute; dans la premi&egrave;re phase de construction est d&eacute;j&agrave; presque enti&egrave;rement lou&eacute;. Deux tiers des 61 copropri&eacute;t&eacute;s qui seront construites en tour I au cours de la deuxi&egrave;me phase de construction sont &eacute;galement d&eacute;j&agrave; r&eacute;serv&eacute;es. Lors de la journ&eacute;e de commercialisation officielle du 2 juin, seuls deux appartements gratuits auraient pu &ecirc;tre propos&eacute;s sur Internet, rapporte le groupe Cham.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> En novembre, les premiers artisans devraient pouvoir ouvrir leurs ateliers dans la zone de construction A de la Maschinengasse. Des bureaux d&rsquo;architecture et autres, une soci&eacute;t&eacute; de production cin&eacute;matographique, deux studios photo, un studio de peinture pour enfants et un salon de toilettage pour chiens s&rsquo;y installeront. Un cabinet dentaire et un atelier de poterie s&rsquo;installent au rez-de-chauss&eacute;e de l&rsquo;immeuble L.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Le groupe Cham a vendu son activit&eacute; papeti&egrave;re restante d&eacute;but 2018.
