La r&eacute;&eacute;valuation de l&rsquo;urbanisme exploite le potentiel du site de Lysb&uuml;chel, &eacute;crit le bureau d&rsquo;urbanisme du canton de B&acirc;le-Ville. Le 25 novembre 2018, l&rsquo;&eacute;lectorat a approuv&eacute; le plan de d&eacute;veloppement avec 61%. En outre, le plan de d&eacute;veloppement avec des espaces verts et des parcs augmente consid&eacute;rablement la qualit&eacute; de s&eacute;jour des utilisateurs actuels et futurs du <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Quartier&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Amtliches, historisches, soziales oder stadtplanerisches Stadtviertel&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">quartier<\/span>, a &eacute;crit le CFF dans un message.
