Selon un communiqu&eacute; de <a href=\"https:\/\/group-of-fifteen.ch\/news\/group-of-fifteen-wechsel-in-der-geschaeftsleitung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presse<\/a> issu de la fusion de 24 soci&eacute;t&eacute;s du secteur immobilier, le fondateur de l'association, Heinz Specker, quitte ses fonctions de directeur g&eacute;n&eacute;ral du Groupe des Quinze apr&egrave;s 20 ans. Il a fond&eacute; le club en 2002 avec Marina de Senarclens. Depuis lors, Specker l'a &eacute;tabli comme une plate-forme d'&eacute;change importante pour le secteur immobilier suisse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> &laquo; Heinz Specker, avec le conseil d'administration, a positionn&eacute; le Groupe des Quinze comme un groupe de r&eacute;flexion important. Je poursuivrai son travail et aborderai des sujets qui auront un impact significatif sur l'avenir du secteur immobilier suisse et discuterai de leurs cons&eacute;quences pour le secteur&quot;, a d&eacute;clar&eacute; Andrea Leu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Le nouveau directeur g&eacute;n&eacute;ral est l'associ&eacute;-g&eacute;rant de <a href=\"https:\/\/senarclens.com\/\" target=\"&nbsp;\" rel=\"noopener\">Senarclens, Leu + Partner AG<\/a> . L'agence de communication est active dans les domaines de la technologie, de l'&eacute;ducation et de la science. Selon le communiqu&eacute; de presse, Leu conna&icirc;t tr&egrave;s bien le Groupe des Quinze. Son agence assure la gestion du bureau depuis la cr&eacute;ation du Groupe des Quinze et elle organise le symposium annuel avec environ 400 participants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La date du prochain colloque est d&eacute;j&agrave; mentionn&eacute;e dans la newsletter de l'association. Le 22e symposium du Groupe des Quinze aura lieu le 25 janvier 2023 dans le hall du jardin du Kongresshaus Zurich.
