Helvetia Insurance agit en tant qu&rsquo;investisseur et Halter AG en tant que d&eacute;veloppeur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Insertion optimale dans le <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Quartier&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Amtliches, historisches, soziales oder stadtplanerisches Stadtviertel&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">quartier<\/span> <br><\/strong> Le projet a &eacute;t&eacute; choisi comme laur&eacute;at du processus avec le nom &laquo;&nbsp;Le th&eacute; des trois vieilles dames&nbsp;&raquo;. Ceci est bas&eacute; sur un roman de Friedrich Glauser, qui a donn&eacute; le nom &agrave; la zone de r&eacute;union adjacente. Le bureau de Berne GWJ <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Architektur&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Entwurf und Gestaltung von Bauwerken unter Ber&uuml;cksichtigung &auml;sthetischer, technischer, sozialer, wirtschaftlicher und &ouml;kologischer Belange. Im Unterschied zum &laquo;blossen&raquo; Bauen bem&uuml;ht sich Architektur um die Koordination vielf&auml;ltiger Werte, Anspr&uuml;che und Erfahrungen&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Architektur<\/span> est responsable de l&rsquo;architecture. Le jury a &eacute;t&eacute; impressionn&eacute; par le r&eacute;glage judicieux du volume du projet gagnant, ce qui rend le syst&egrave;me global tr&egrave;s perm&eacute;able et int&egrave;gre de mani&egrave;re optimale les structures, les places et les all&eacute;es dans le syst&egrave;me de <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Quartier&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Amtliches, historisches, soziales oder stadtplanerisches Stadtviertel&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">quartier<\/span>. Le projet est &eacute;galement bien &eacute;quilibr&eacute; &eacute;conomiquement et convainc par une tr&egrave;s bonne utilisation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Le projet pr&eacute;voit trois structures de hauteurs diff&eacute;rentes qui, gr&acirc;ce &agrave; leur disposition &eacute;chelonn&eacute;e, cr&eacute;ent de nouveaux ext&eacute;rieurs et espaces attrayants. Le projet global pr&eacute;voit des utilisations commerciales et commerciales au rez-de-chauss&eacute;e et un large &eacute;ventail d&rsquo;appartements aux &eacute;tages sup&eacute;rieurs. La gamme s&rsquo;&eacute;tend des studios meubl&eacute;s de 1&frac12; pi&egrave;ces aux appartements en grappes de 8&frac12; pi&egrave;ces. Les appartements sont accessibles via une arcade classique. Le b&acirc;timent dispose &eacute;galement d&rsquo;une cour couverte et spacieuse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Un pavillon d&rsquo;un &eacute;tage &agrave; usage public est pr&eacute;vu sur Friedrich-Glauser-Weg, ce qui cr&eacute;e la connexion avec le centre commercial Moos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>L&rsquo;&eacute;lectorat d&eacute;cide <br><\/strong> Avant que le permis de construire puisse &ecirc;tre soumis, l&rsquo;&eacute;lectorat doit d&eacute;cider du contrat de loi de construction et des dispositions sur la &laquo;&nbsp;zone &agrave; obligation de construire&nbsp;&raquo;.
