L'assureur-vie zurichois Swiss Life<\/a> investit dans un projet de développement à l'aéroport JFK de New York par l'intermédiaire de sa division Swiss Life Asset<\/span> Managers<\/a> . Selon un communiqué de presse<\/a> , Swiss Life Asset<\/span> Managers s'est engagé à prendre une participation minoritaire dans la nouvelle construction du Terminal One. Avec JLC Infrastructure<\/a> et d'autres partenaires du consortium, une somme de 9,5 milliards de dollars sera fournie.<\/p>\n

Un terminal "ultramoderne" d'environ 223 000 mètres carrés doit être construit. Il représente un "investissement dans les infrastructures avec un potentiel de croissance attrayant à long terme et s'intègre très bien à la stratégie d'investissement de notre fonds", a déclaré Sinisha Ponzio, responsable de l'infrastructure à valeur ajoutée chez Swiss Life Asset<\/span> Managers.<\/p>\n

Ce nouvel investissement représente le troisième investissement dans le secteur de l'aviation pour Swiss Life Asset<\/span> Managers, ce que l'assureur considère comme "un vote de confiance dans l'avenir de l'aviation moderne".
