À la station inférieure Dieni de la SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun, un nouveau village touristique doit être construit d'ici 2027. Selon un communiqué<\/a> , Andermatt Swiss Alps<\/a> (ASA) a l'intention d'investir 170 millions de francs dans ce secteur de la commune de Tujetsch. C'est la première fois que l'entreprise envisage un projet du côté grison du domaine de sports d'hiver d'Andermatt-Sedrun.<\/p>\n

Le complexe prévu comprendra 13 bâtiments construits de manière durable avec 410 chambres d'hôtel de différentes catégories. 119 unités résidentielles supplémentaires sont à vendre et sont gérées pour le tourisme. Au total, 1 800 lits sont prévus, ainsi que trois restaurants, deux bars, divers espaces commerciaux et des équipements de loisirs.<\/p>\n

Le nombre de lits d'hôtel à Surselva augmentera ainsi de 20 %. "Ce projet majeur est une étape importante pour la commune de Tujetsch et pour l'ensemble de la Surselva", a déclaré le maire Martin Cavegn. Une soirée d' information<\/a> pour le public aura lieu le 19 août.<\/p>\n

Avec la station de Dieni, l'offre touristique sera « complétée en direction d'appartements et de chambres d'hôtel bon marché à destination des familles\/groupes », selon ASA.
