Selon le communiqu&eacute; de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steiner.ch\/de\/mediencenter\/news\/detail\/news\/609-michael-schiltknecht-wird-ceo-der-steiner-ag.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presse<\/a> de l'entreprise, cela poursuivra le processus de transformation d&eacute;cid&eacute; par Steiner AG en f&eacute;vrier 2011. &Agrave; cette &eacute;poque, Steiner a d&eacute;cid&eacute; de d&eacute;velopper davantage le mod&egrave;le commercial en une soci&eacute;t&eacute; immobili&egrave;re de premier plan avec l'expertise de construction associ&eacute;e. Schiltknecht succ&egrave;de &agrave; Ajay Sirohi, qui quitte Steiner AG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Au cours de l'exercice 2021\/22, qui s'est termin&eacute; le 31 mars 2022, le groupe Steiner a r&eacute;alis&eacute; un chiffre d'affaires total de 763,6 millions de francs. Steiner a &eacute;galement pu acqu&eacute;rir de nouveaux projets de d&eacute;veloppement d'une valeur de march&eacute; pr&eacute;vue &agrave; l'ach&egrave;vement d'environ 1,5 milliard de francs au cours de l'ann&eacute;e sous revue. Cela a port&eacute; le portefeuille de d&eacute;veloppement du groupe &agrave; un volume de CHF 6,4 milliards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Fond&eacute;e en 1915, l'entreprise a son si&egrave;ge &agrave; Zurich et poss&egrave;de des succursales &agrave; B&acirc;le, Berne, Lucerne, Tolochenaz VD et Gen&egrave;ve. Selon le communiqu&eacute; de presse, le portefeuille comprend un large &eacute;ventail de projets dans les domaines de l'habitation, du bureau, de l'industrie et de la logistique ainsi que des innovations de produits propres telles que les marques Werkarena, Manufakt ou Steiner Student Hotel. En Suisse romande, Steiner Construction est le leader du march&eacute; de la r&eacute;alisation de biens immobiliers selon le mod&egrave;le de l'entreprise totale\/g&eacute;n&eacute;rale.
