La soci&eacute;t&eacute; zurichoise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.officelab.ch\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Office LAB<\/a> emm&eacute;nagera dans une superficie totale de plus de 2800 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s &agrave; partir de janvier 2024, selon un communiqu&eacute; de <a href=\"https:\/\/zurich.spgi.ch\/office-lab-eroeffnet-coworking-space-im-konnex-baden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presse<\/a> . Ensuite, le fournisseur de bureaux de coworking prendra &eacute;galement en charge l'ensemble de la gestion des conf&eacute;rences et des &eacute;v&eacute;nements pour le complexe immobilier Konnex au centre de Baden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Office LAB utilise 800 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s dans le cadre d'une sous-location depuis ao&ucirc;t de cette ann&eacute;e. L'entreprise zurichoise propose des solutions de bureau pour les particuliers et les entreprises. Ceux-ci re&ccedil;oivent un acc&egrave;s aux espaces de coworking sous la forme de pass journaliers ou de bureaux d'&eacute;quipe permanents. Jusqu'&agrave; pr&eacute;sent, Office LAB exploite six sites. Avec le nouveau site, l'entreprise renforce sa pr&eacute;sence d&eacute;j&agrave; &eacute;tablie &agrave; Baden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Le complexe immobilier Konnex &agrave; Brown Boveri Strasse 7 est actuellement enti&egrave;rement r&eacute;nov&eacute;. Une offre &laquo; ville dans la ville &raquo; y sera propos&eacute;e d'ici mi-2023.
