La propri&eacute;t&eacute; couvre 40 000 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s: &agrave; partir de 2024, un d&eacute;veloppement mixte y sera construit. En f&eacute;vrier, Steiner Invest a obtenu le premier projet du nouveau groupe d'investissement Swiss Development Commercial (SDC) &agrave; Berne. <br><br> &Agrave; la fin du premier trimestre 2020, la valeur cumul&eacute;e d'ach&egrave;vement du portefeuille du groupe de placement Swiss Development Residential (DTS) &eacute;tait d'environ 1,32 milliard de CHF. Le capital investi a ainsi augment&eacute; de 55,17% &agrave; CHF 466,6 millions. La valeur nette d'inventaire du groupe de placement DTS par action est pass&eacute;e &agrave; CHF 121,78; le portefeuille compte actuellement 27 projets. <br><br> <strong>Prolongation du conseil de fondation<\/strong> <br> Ajay Sirohi a &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;&eacute;lu pr&eacute;sident. Reto Niedermann, Luzius Hitz, Andreas H&uuml;rlimann et Hendrik van der Biezur se sont &eacute;galement rendus disponibles et ont &eacute;galement &eacute;t&eacute; &eacute;lus au Conseil de fondation. Les nouveaux membres ont de nombreuses ann&eacute;es d'exp&eacute;rience dans les domaines des propri&eacute;taires d'immeubles, du financement immobilier et de la gestion de portefeuille dans les fonds de pension.
