Pour les maisons individuelles, les prix ont le plus augment&eacute; dans les communes urbaines d&rsquo;une petite agglom&eacute;ration ou en dehors d&rsquo;une agglom&eacute;ration (+3,4%), tandis que les prix sont rest&eacute;s stables dans les communes urbaines d&rsquo;une grande agglom&eacute;ration et dans les communes interm&eacute;diaires. Le segment de march&eacute; des appartements en copropri&eacute;t&eacute; affiche des prix plus &eacute;lev&eacute;s qu&rsquo;au 1er trimestre 2023 dans tous les types de communes. La plus forte hausse des prix a eu lieu dans la cat&eacute;gorie des communes urbaines d&rsquo;une agglom&eacute;ration moyenne (+2,4%).
