Dans le cadre de son programme de logement 1000+, le canton de Bâle-Ville construit notamment un immeuble dans le Petit-Bâle comprenant six appartements à loyer modéré et un jardin d’enfants. Pour ce faire, il a choisi l’équipe de planification Solanellas Van Noten Meister et Thomas Kohlhammer avec leur projet L’Eclisse.<\/p>\n

Selon un communiqué<\/a> du canton, l’équipe de planification a notamment convaincu par son utilisation intensive de matériaux de construction usagés. Ainsi, les plafonds nervurés et les poteaux proviennent de la démolition du parking de Lysbüchel. Les poteaux en acier et les balustrades ont également été récupérés dans d’autres bâtiments.<\/p>\n

Les émissions de CO2 du nouveau bâtiment sont ainsi divisées par deux par rapport aux constructions traditionnelles. De plus, une installation photovoltaïque sera installée sur le toit et la façade, produisant plus d’électricité que ce qui est consommé dans le bâtiment. Au bout de sept ans, le bâtiment devrait ainsi produire plus d’électricité que n’en nécessitent sa construction et son exploitation.<\/p>\n

Le canton a mis à la disposition de tous les participants au concours de conception un catalogue de matériaux de construction réutilisables<\/a>, issus de démolitions. A l’avenir, les bâtiments du canton seront construits de manière à ce qu’ils puissent être démontés et leurs parties réutilisées à la fin de leur utilisation. En outre, le canton a commandé une étude à l’École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne sur la manière dont les éléments porteurs des bâtiments en béton armé peuvent être réutilisés.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
