Swiss Sustainable Finance<\/a> a publié dans sa rubrique SSF Spotlight un guide<\/a> destiné aux entreprises, banques, fonds et particuliers qui investissent directement dans l’immobilier durable en Suisse. Dans le contexte de l’importante contribution que le secteur du bâtiment doit apporter à la réalisation de l’objectif suisse de zéro net d’ici 2050, il offre des repères et des recommandations d’action.<\/p>\n

Il explique par exemple les principaux cadres d’évaluation et de reporting en matière de durabilité, ESG (Environnement, Social, Gouvernance) et les objectifs de développement durable de l’ONU, SDG (Sustainable Development Goals), et donne des exemples concrets pour le secteur immobilier. La publication présente également le cadre réglementaire actuel et prévu en Suisse et dans l’UE. Elle donne également un aperçu des certifications nationales et internationales, des labels de qualité, des outils de benchmarking<\/span> et de suivi qui mesurent le profil de durabilité de l’immobilier, par exemple en termes de facteurs ESG.<\/p>\n

Selon l’association, les avantages d’une stratégie d’investissement durable peuvent l’emporter sur les dépenses engagées « et avoir au final un impact positif sur la société, l’environnement et l’évaluation du portefeuille immobilier ». Une approche en quatre étapes est recommandée aux investisseurs qui souhaitent être guidés dans la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie de durabilité.<\/p>\n

Celle-ci commence par l’élaboration d’une stratégie et une évaluation du portefeuille. La deuxième étape consiste à formuler un plan d’action avec des mesures d’amélioration concrètes pour le portefeuille immobilier. Vient ensuite son évaluation continue sur la base des objectifs prédéfinis.
