Sur le terrain de l&rsquo;actuel parking situ&eacute; en face de la station inf&eacute;rieure de Dieni, il est pr&eacute;vu de construire d&rsquo;ici 2029 un total de 13 b&acirc;timents comprenant 410 chambres d&rsquo;h&ocirc;tel et 119 unit&eacute;s d&rsquo;habitation &agrave; usage touristique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Andermatt Swiss Alps pr&eacute;voit de commencer les travaux de construction en 2026. L&rsquo;entreprise responsable de la planification, de la construction et de l&rsquo;exploitation de la destination toutes saisons d&rsquo;Andermatt mise sur la durabilit&eacute; pour la construction et l&rsquo;exploitation du nouveau complexe. Il est pr&eacute;vu que les b&acirc;timents soient chauff&eacute;s aux granul&eacute;s de bois, avec un bilan carbone neutre.
