Selon un <a href=\"https:\/\/intershop.ch\/news\/2020\/detailansicht\/baubeginn-der-montagehalle-fuer-stadler-in-winterthur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">communiqu&eacute; de presse<\/a> , le permis de construire est d&eacute;sormais disponible. Le volume d&rsquo;investissement s&rsquo;&eacute;l&egrave;ve &agrave; environ 16 millions de francs. Le d&eacute;but des travaux est pr&eacute;vu pour la semaine en cours, l&rsquo;ach&egrave;vement des travaux pour la fin de 2021. Comme Stadler a annonc&eacute; apr&egrave;s l&rsquo;accord avec Intershop holding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadlerrail.com\/de\/medien\/article\/stadler-baut-praesenz-in-winterthur-aus\/675\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a &eacute;t&eacute; conclu<\/a> , le Zugbauer louera l&rsquo;usine de la filiale SGI Intershop Ville Immobilien AG &agrave; long terme. Le bail a une dur&eacute;e minimale de 15 ans, selon Intershop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Avec le nouveau b&acirc;timent, Stadler Winterthur &eacute;tend son centre de comp&eacute;tences pour les bogies. Sur environ 13 250 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s de terrain, des zones de stockage et d&rsquo;assemblage suppl&eacute;mentaires sont en cours de construction pour la construction de bogies pour les trains &agrave; voie standard et large ainsi que pour les tramways. La mise en service de la nouvelle halle est pr&eacute;vue pour 2022.
