Implenia<\/a> a obtenu au total quatre nouveaux contrats dans le domaine du bâtiment et du génie civil pour des projets en Suisse, en Allemagne et en Suède, informe dans un communiqué<\/a> la société de construction et d’immobilier basée dans le quartier<\/span> Glattpark d’Opfikon. Le volume total des commandes y est chiffré à plus de 240 millions de francs. Les nouveaux contrats s’inscrivent dans « l’orientation stratégique du groupe vers des projets importants et complexes, des compétences spécialisées et la durabilité », écrit Implenia.<\/p>\n

Deux des quatre projets sont situés en Suisse. D’une part, Implenia construira pour Green<\/a> deux autres centres de calcul à haute performance<\/span> sur le campus de Metro à Dielsdorf, près de Zurich. La société de construction et d’immobilier d’Opfikon a déjà construit un premier centre de données pour le fournisseur de centres informatiques à Dielsdorf et y construit actuellement l’immeuble de bureaux correspondant.<\/p>\n

Le deuxième projet en Suisse concerne un immeuble d’habitation dans le canton de Zurich. Dans ce cas, Implenia a été mandatée par une institution de prévoyance en tant qu’entreprise totale. Les travaux de construction devraient commencer en avril et s’achever à l’été 2027.<\/p>\n

En Allemagne, Implenia réalisera un immeuble commercial durable à Karlsruhe pour le compte de Naxos Grundbesitz KG. L’achèvement du projet Midstad Karlsruhe est prévu pour 2026. Le nouveau bâtiment vise une certification DGNB Platine et une certification DGNB pour la déconstruction.<\/p>\n

Le contrat en Suède concerne la conception et la construction d’un tunnel de 1,6 km entre Fäboberget et Ersmarksberget. Le projet de tunnel d’Esmark prévoit un tunnel de service, divers ouvrages en béton, un système d’eau et d’évacuation des eaux usées ainsi que des tapis de drainage.
