Comme l&rsquo;indique un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadt-zuerich.ch\/fd\/de\/index\/das_departement\/medien\/medienmitteilungen\/2024\/03\/ein-areal-fuer-eine-staedtische-siedlung-in-witikon.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu&eacute; de presse<\/a>, la ville a achet&eacute; le site de Harsplen &agrave; la <a href=\"https:\/\/anlagestiftung.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fondation de placement Swisscanto<\/a> pour un montant de 210 millions de francs. Avec ce terrain de 30 300 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s, Zurich a acquis des plans d&rsquo;am&eacute;nagement pour une zone r&eacute;sidentielle de 370 unit&eacute;s. Au total, le co&ucirc;t s&rsquo;est &eacute;lev&eacute; &agrave; 211,28 millions de francs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Cette acquisition permettra de cr&eacute;er le premier lotissement urbain &agrave; la p&eacute;riph&eacute;rie est de Witikon. La construction de logements r&eacute;pond &agrave; l&rsquo;objectif de porter &agrave; un tiers la part des logements locatifs d&rsquo;utilit&eacute; publique d&rsquo;ici 2050. Le projet de construction r&eacute;pond aux exigences en mati&egrave;re de construction de logements urbains et de durabilit&eacute;. Selon les plans d&rsquo;urbanisme pour le logement communal, il est possible de cr&eacute;er des logements pour environ 700 personnes.
