Un nouveau pôle urbain doit être construit autour de la gare de Lancy-Pont-Rouge. Implenia y a<\/a> déjà construit trois bâtiments en tant qu’entrepreneur général pour Swiss Prime Site<\/a> , la société de construction et immobilière de Dietlikon informe dans un message<\/a> . Implenia va maintenant construire un autre bâtiment pour la société immobilière Soleure. La commande vaut environ 132 millions de francs.<\/p>\n

Concrètement, Implenia a remporté le contrat pour le développement Alto Pont-Rouge. Il est conçu comme un bâtiment de 15 étages plus trois niveaux de parking souterrain d’une superficie totale de 35 000 mètres carrés. Les zones sont principalement destinées aux bureaux, les zones plus petites doivent être utilisées comme épiceries et restaurants. Le noyau du complexe de bâtiments est un atrium central avec des façades en verre.<\/p>\n

Le développement «répondra aux normes de durabilité les plus strictes et sera certifié au moins selon SNBS<\/span> Gold», explique Implenia dans le communiqué de presse. Les travaux de construction devraient débuter en novembre et les travaux devraient être terminés en juin 2023.
