Limmat Verwaltungs AG<\/a> è diventata Elicere Real Estate Management<\/span> AG. Limmat Verwaltungs AG, fondata a Schlieren nel 1967, è stata rilevata da Elicere AG a Zugo, secondo un comunicato stampa nel 2019. L’azienda è stata rinominata da Limmat Bau-, Treuhand- und Verwaltungs AG a Limmat Verwaltungs AG.<\/p>\n

L’amministrazione deve ora proseguire con il nuovo nome, che si riferisce al nuovo proprietario. La nuova società Elicere Real Estate Management<\/span> AG ha naturalmente sede a Schlieren in Schulstrasse, al precedente indirizzo dell’amministrazione Limmat.<\/p>\n

Prima dell’inizio con il nuovo nome, era<\/span> stata eseguita una ristrutturazione completa e soprattutto una digitalizzazione, si legge nel messaggio. Oltre ai servizi di gestione e valutazione già offerti, ora c’è anche l’assunzione di direzione lavori.<\/p>\n

La nuova società, fondata a dicembre, è gestita da Rikard Memaj e Roger Priester. Entrambi sono membri del Consiglio di amministrazione.
