Come riportato dall&rsquo;Ufficio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfs.admin.ch\/bfs\/de\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">federale di statistica<\/a> , l&rsquo;indice svizzero degli immobili residenziali &egrave; aumentato del 2,2 per cento nel secondo trimestre del 2021 rispetto al trimestre precedente. A fine giugno si attestava a 105,3 punti. Il valore di 100 &egrave; stato raggiunto nel quarto trimestre del 2019. Rispetto al secondo trimestre dell&rsquo;anno precedente, l&rsquo;inflazione &egrave; stata del 4,7 per cento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> In tutti i tipi di comuni a livello nazionale, i prezzi <span class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;SIA&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Schweizerischer Ingenieur- und Architektenverein; massgebender Berufsverband f&uuml;r qualifizierte Fachleute der Bereiche Bau, Technik und Umwelt mit rund f&uuml;nfzehntausend Mitgliedern&lt;\/div&gt;\"  data-mobile-support=\"0\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex='0' role='link'>sia<\/span> per le case unifamiliari che per i condomini sono aumentati del 2,6 percento per le case unifamiliari e dell&rsquo;1,8 percento per i condomini. L&rsquo;aumento delle case unifamiliari con un aumento del 4,6% &egrave; stato particolarmente pronunciato nelle comunit&agrave; rurali.
