L'obiettivo dei project manager &egrave; creare nuove aree di incontro con piazze, passeggiate e parchi. Il progetto porta la firma dello studio di architettura Peter M&auml;rkli di Zurigo. La storica &quot;Hall 22&quot; sul sito sar&agrave; preservata e ospiter&agrave; un Migros tra le altre cose in futuro. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Lo spazio tra la hall e i nuovi edifici sar&agrave; progettato come un quarto di centro e luogo di incontro. Si prevede che la nuova piazza creer&agrave; un collegamento diretto tra i quartieri circostanti e i trasporti pubblici come autobus e treni per i pedoni.
