Un totale di 13 edifici con 410 camere d&rsquo;albergo e 119 unit&agrave; residenziali ad uso turistico saranno costruiti sul sito dell&rsquo;attuale parcheggio di fronte alla stazione a valle Dieni entro il 2029.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Andermatt Swiss Alps prevede di iniziare i lavori di costruzione nel 2026. La societ&agrave; responsabile della pianificazione, della costruzione e della gestione della destinazione per tutto l&rsquo;anno di Andermatt si sta concentrando sulla sostenibilit&agrave; nella costruzione e nella gestione del nuovo resort. Il piano prevede di riscaldare gli edifici con pellet di legno a zero emissioni di CO2.
