ReTech steht im Englischen für Real Estate Technology, zu deutsch: Immobilientechnologie. Dies ist ein weit gefasster Begriff, der die Anwendung von Informationstechnologie und Plattformökonomie auf den Immobilienmarkt umfasst. In den USA und im UK wird häufig statt PropTech der Begriff ReTech verwendet oder alternativ CREtech für Commercial Real Estate-Technology.
