The realisation of the first stage of Unterfeld Süd in Baar begins with the construction of a residential high-rise and a commercial building. The clear approval of the people of Baar on 22 September 2024 and the innovative planning will create new standards for urban living and working. Construction is scheduled to start in 2025, in the immediate vicinity of the Lindenpark S-Bahn station.

A modern, vibrant neighbourhood with new living spaces and workplaces is being created on the former Landis & Gyr site, which will shape the city's identity and focus on social and ecological added value. The city of Zug is investing strategically in the site and is planning to acquire a central plot of land in order to secure affordable housing in the long term.
